About Our Founder, Adelaide Waters
I enjoyed a 30-year career as a corporate consultant with expertise in organizational systems and employee development. I worked across industry sectors, offering seminars and executive coaching. Along the way, I learned that asking the right questions and listening for consensus were far more important to clients than my credentials.
I wanted to shift the important conversations from the corporate classroom to the living room. The metamorphosis for me personally was becoming less buttoned up, more playful, and finding joy. In creating wforum (Women’s Forum (WForum), my definition of success evolved from business growth to personal growth.
More importantly, I found the kind of community that women are uniquely capable of building. Beyond networking for contacts, women cheer each other on to pursue our dreams and fulfill our potential, and the core of these relationships is a foundation of love.
I live with my husband, Michael, and my dog Daisy in Aspen, Colorado. We enjoy visiting our children and grandchildren, and live an active lifestyle.
